Dress code

Wear black.

One rule, and it's an easy one. How you wear it is up to you.

Black. Beyond that it's yours — silk, satin, leather, linen, tailored or relaxed. One hard rule from the club, though: no shorts of any kind.

Wear shoes to arrive — the club requires closed or regular footwear for entry, no slippers at the gate. Once you're aboard, change into your own slippers for use inside the Happy Life Yacht, as mandated by the Manila Yacht Club. Any type or style of slippers is allowed, provided they are brand-new or in like-new condition and do not appear worn or used.

Check-in opens at 8:00PM at the Manila Yacht Club gate, and the first set starts right on the hour. Come 20–30 minutes early — the guestlist is checked name by name, and the yacht is docked, so there's no rush of missing a departure.

A valid government ID (18+, no exceptions) and your emailed boarding pass — printed or on your phone. Every guest under your booking must be named on the list, since the club requires the full manifest at the gate.

No — spots aren't transferable. Names are locked at booking and checked against the manifest at the gate, so only the guests you listed can board. Make sure every name is right before you confirm.

Yes — the VIP and SVIP couches take extra guests at ₱2,500 each, on top of the base pax. Add them at booking so their names make the manifest; walk-up additions can't be guaranteed once we hit 120.

Not inside the yacht — no cigarettes anywhere on the boat itself. There's a designated smoking area outside on the dock, so step off, light up there, and come back aboard.

All bookings are final — no refunds, no cancellations, no transfers. Spots are capped at 120 and yours is held the moment your payment clears, so double-check your package, your guest count, and every name before you confirm.

House Rules

    A valid government-issued ID is required upon entry.

  • 02

    Entry is exclusive to registered guests only.

  • 03

    Shorts of any kind are not permitted.

  • 04

    Shoes required for entry — slippers are not allowed at the gate. Once aboard, change into your own slippers for use inside the yacht. Bring your own — brand-new or in like-new condition, not worn or used.

    No smoking inside the yacht. There's a designated smoking area on the dock, outside the boat.

  • 06

    Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

  • 07

    Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited. Zero tolerance.

  • 08

    Please drink responsibly and be respectful of fellow guests, event staff, and the yacht crew.

  • 09

    Follow all instructions from the event organizers and yacht crew at all times.

  • 10

    Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The organizers, the venue, and the yacht crew are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

  • 11

    The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these house rules — without refund.
