Exclusives PH is the personal information controller for this booking site. Contact us at exclusives.est2023@gmail.com for anything about your data.
> What we collect:
Your full name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, the names of the guests in your booking, your package and table choice, and the payment receipt you upload.
> Why we collect it:
To verify your payment and booking, send your boarding pass and event updates (bottle and food picks, parking, reminders), check you in at the gate, and compile the passenger manifest required by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Manila Yacht Club (MYC).
> Future event invites (optional):
Only if you tick the “Email me invites to future Exclusives PH events” box, we keep your name and email to invite you to future events. This is optional and doesn’t affect your booking. To unsubscribe, just reply to any invite or email exclusives.est2023@gmail.com and we’ll remove you from the list. We only use the booker’s own details for this — never the names of guests you add to your booking.
> Who we share it with:
Your name and your guests’ names are shared with the yacht charter company (Happy Life Yacht), MYC, and PCG strictly for boarding clearance and maritime safety. We also use service providers that host our booking system and send our emails; they process your data only on our instructions. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
> How long we keep it:
Payment receipts, guest manifests, phone numbers, and Instagram handles are permanently deleted within 30 days after the event. If you opted in to future invites, we keep only your name and email until you unsubscribe, or for up to 2 years after the last event you booked, whichever comes first. If you didn’t opt in, all of your booking data is deleted within the same 30 days.
> Your rights:
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask to access, correct, or erase your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent to event invites at any time. Email exclusives.est2023@gmail.com and we’ll respond promptly. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
